Car wash only has water an soap on the brush thats all that even barely work not only that used only 5 bucks of total but it charge on my card 25 this car wash is a scam

I was very nervous bringing the car here this morning after reading all the bad reviews but the car needed to be cleaned and doing it at home wasnt good enough. I was pleasantly surprised. It worked great. I used the high power rinse, the foam soap brush, the rinse then wax. It all worked great. The wax did pulse, as someone else said but it still worked well enough. So I am not sure why the bad reviews except maybe that I used a credit card. I dont know but I will go there again. Hopefully it will be as good next time.

High pressure wax didn’t fully function - pulsed from low to medium pressure every 5 seconds or so. No number to call and report issues

Put $5 in the machine to wash my car. Half the buttons didn’t work. And the foam soap brush left a grease and oil residue all over my entire car. Could not get it off and now I have to take my car to a detailer to try to have it buffed out. This is going to cost me almost $300 and the owner should be responsible for this. Owner is impossible to get a hold of. This is beyond upsetting! I have attached only a couple pictures to show what the residue looks like. But this is literally over my entire car and windows.

I paid the stupid tax at this car wash this morning by inserting $5 worth of quarters before realizing that the machine was not working. There is no phone number at the business so no way to contact the owner to let them know or to get my money back. Please, let us collectively stop giving this business our money so that it can be closed.
