The people seemed to be nice but they really lack in customer service. I applied for financing for a car and didn't hear from them what so ever. I eventually had to call myself to find out what the hold up is. They finally looked at it and said they would call me back. I bought a truck from them, with a 3 year warranty or 33,000 miles, within a year the engine would shake at stops and I guess I need a new engine now which is 8500$. I was a first time buyer so you could say this is my fault for not looking further into the warrenty but I would say I was taken advantage of and they told me to get the truck I wanted I had to buy a three-year warranty which was $3000. Went out of business and screwed my step son on a truck, he cannot title it or license it. They just hauled everything off with no regard to the customers who were effected. Tara and Derek Supernaw, thought you were decent people.
The greatest place to get a car! Wouldn’t go anywhere else now ! Such amazing people ! Great service! Great cars! Just so happy with this company ! Definitely should check it out even if you feel like you have bad or no credit surely they will make it all for out for you !
