We arrived with a confirmed reservation after driving 6 hours in 100 degree heat to be told that last night "Management" cancelled all reservations without a credit card on file. The rude woman at the front desk told me that I could sleep in my car. I was obviously upset and happy to speak with the Police officer that she called. Will be filing with the BBB and seriously considering filing a breach of contract lawsuit. There are literally NO rooms available in 50 miles and its 100 degrees outside. Ethics is a real thing.
I will never come here again. waited in line for over an hour to get checked in (not their fault) then when I finally got up to the counter the lady acted like she was on pills or something, slow moving, very quiet, gave us a key that didn't even work, and was overall just insanley rude and not with it. this lady needs to be fired. the check in process would of gone alot smoother and faster. her coworker on with her was amazing and even helping numerous guests at one time. while we were being helped the other lady helped 4 o... read more
Recommendedits very peaceful and accessible to restaurants.
We weren’t sure what to expect but since this is a Wyndham property we were hopeful. We put my handicapped mother in law here for a week. At check in they said that we couldn’t pay for the hotel with our credit card since we weren’t staying there. Once we got that worked out by saying my husband would be staying there the rest of the stay went downhill. She checked in on Wednesday. We asked for WiFi password. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are nice and clean, and it's in A great location. I recommend this hotel if you are passing through and need A great place to get some sleep.
I was pleased with the service the people are friendly and helpful, getting me from and to the Repair Shop. 😀

Hello. Recently we had family members come to the motel as a gift from us. The room was paid for on our card. They were subsequently asked to leave as motel said it was state law (they said) or it was company policy (they said) that the resident of the room must be the card holder??? Surely rooms have been gifted to friends & family in the past??? What about HoopFest or Ironman or Bloomsday or a wedding when friends or family are gifted a room??? Surely that still happens???
