We stayed a week ago and our room was not what we booked and wasn't available due to overbooking. Room was dirty from blankets, covers, bed skirt, carpet, walls and bathroom. Also damage to walls in room and bathroom. While on toilet a bug dropped from the vent to my shoulder then floor. Being a travel agent who travels, this was the worse experience ever. Then I've been trying to get refunded for the room and the manager will not call back. Had to contact the parent company and still waiting for a reply in the matter. I hav... read more
