This hotel status is terrible. It was one of the cheaper options in the area at $150 per night on a Saturday night. But it was not that close to the airport or close to downtown Chicago either. The website claimed they offer the airport shuttle, but I was told on arrival would take almost an hour to get to the airport and then when I went and checked Out at 11 AM and ask about the shuttle I was told the shuttle wouldn’t be here until 1 PM and then I was supposed to reserve it when I checked in. Booked as a park and fly,from O'hare Airport. When I arrived they charged me an additional $20 per day to park my car there..also they make you sign a wavier that if your car is damaged,or stolen they are not responsible for anything. How can they charge you to park and then not be liable for anything, when they are supposed to be watching the car?felt like they did a bait and switch on me.
