Great experience, this place is a good value for money : ). The shuttle runs perfectly on time, staffs are super friendly and helpful.
Tldr; I would pick many other hotels in the area before going back to this one. Room was hot even with AC on and cramped. Likely a nicer stay during winter months. Service was passable, but the "24hr airport shuttle" stops running past midnight and needs to be booked in advance to avoid a 2hr wait. There are many other hotels close to ORD with better services. Location is what youre paying for, it is close to the airport.
Breakfast options are very less. Front Desk lady on Day 2 was very rude when I asked for plates and glasses. No value for money at all.
