Service was excellent! We arrived back to O’Hare late at night, and about 45 minutes delayed from our expected arrival. The hotel called to check if we were still coming and had the shuttle there waiting for us. That was a great way to return after many hours of travel! Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Would stay again.
I definitely do not recommend, they stole money from my credit card for a deposit, in e-mail correspondence they wrote that they took the money by mistake and have not given it back to this day. Rooms are dirty, parties in the rooms next door all night, breakfast is a joke.
