Horrible not worth my $80. Better off staying at extended stay for $60. Breakfast was toast, waffles, banana, cereal. Rooms and bathroom stunk. Beds were hard. Will not be coming back. Airport shuttle free but $12/ day long term parking.
I requested two queen beds when I called the reservation line. When I arrived, or room had two full sized beds. When I spoke with the front desk I was informed they are smaller than queens but still called queen. I was charged an additional 15 dollars to have regular queen beds. When I got the correct room configuration we found the bathroom walls had fecal stains near the to dispenser and also found blood drip stains on another wall of the bathroom. Worst shuttle experience of all time. And ive traveled to various 3rd world countries.
This hotel was a nightmare. When we arrived, the room we were assigned had black hairs all over the sheets, a large yellow stain on the fitted sheet, visible brown stains on the outside of the toilet bowl, and similar brown stains on the bathroom floor. We asked for and received a new room, which had similar stains in the bathroom but at least the sheets looked clean. We tried to book the shuttle to the airport in the morning only to be told that most were full and the only option was to leave an hour earlier than necessary ... read more
