We booked for a late check in on Friday (7/12/19), I called to let them know we were about an hour and a half away and would be arriving about 11pm... I was informed that my booking had been cancelled even though 2 minutes before I called them I received an email asking how my check in went...so no idea how those 2 coincided. Regardless, they had 1 room left, go figure. Recommendedif you have one of those women who scream and moan loudly when it's bedtime the walls will hold it mostly didn't get any complaints anyway
the Bed was hard as bricks, but that's to be expected in an economy hotel. Staff seemed friendly overall it was a good stay.
Ehhh.....We got there super late 12:30 at night. Our room was clean. I always check for signs of bed bugs.. none saw however son complained next morning of being bitten by something in middle of night. so humid carpets so felt gross, air conditioner was off so very hot in room until it cooled. Washer and dryer broken! Coffee horrible! Breakfast was toast and cereal and waffles which was plus for kids. Front desk lady was very nice and helpful.
When you say you have washers and dryers. They should also work.
I can't explain how bad of a experience I had at this place. The rooms were nasty, the desk people were rude and uninviting except one. They also tried to denied taking an additional $181 dollars off my card even though I was showing them the banks notification on my phone. I ended up having to file fraud charges to get my money back. I will NEVER go back to this dump again.
