I have been calling trying to fix a billing error and I have received no answers. Our credit card was ran TWICE at different times and they received a double payment. The manager is on vacation for 3 WEEKS and now I have to call back next Monday or Tuesday. I have called numerous times and they keep saying we show only 1 payment...well the bank statement and bank representatives state that Super8 was paid TWICE.
