My socks/feet were black from the carpets, cleaning staff was really nice, the rest of the staff didn't leave much of an impression either way, not the worst area with lots of things nearby.
The rooms stink and you can tell the beds were just remade instead of the bedding being changed. There are telltale signs of this hotel being infested with bed bugs such as the black dot stains on their linens. The staff is not very friendly. You have to go through several parking lots to even get to this hotel and it's very inconvenient. Plus you could tell it's kind of rundown. I would suggest saving your money for a place that doesn't have bed bugs.
Lucky yo get one of the last three rooms available. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The location is right off the highway and has easy access. The staff was friendly. Skipped their breakfast options as it was mainly microwave oatmeal, but there's a Denny's right next to the hotal..
