I totally can't stand it when you're waiting, almost 10 at check in and out comes the help on their cell phone and you hear " I need to go I'll call you back " Breakfast was a disappointment! You had microwave everything. Besides the lady that came in off the street with a bag and cleared almost all that was left Maybe give the people that pay too stay a bracelet.
I booked a 1 night stay due to no power in my apt. There was NO charging availability for cell phone, bed was lopsided and VERY uncomfortable, in which I woke up to a very painful lower back pain! Tried to make a cup of coffee in room pot wouldn't work. I was stressed out to the max and this hotel didn't make it any better. I won't be back!

I couldn't even sleep properly because my body was itchy at night. It smelled very bad, too. So I was about to leave early in the morning, and there was a cockroach behind the mirror on sink. I was so surprised and so unpleasant. My body seemed to be itchy even more, so I told manager and she responded so unkindly.Manager answered and she went to the room and checked and they said there were no bugs. We have a room that sleeps five and one of my adult grandchildren came with us in addition. We were told that they have bunk beds but only 180 lb for the top bunk and the bottom bunk which is a full size. The sign on the bunk bed says 180 for the top only. They made us get a second room for a little over $100. The rooms are not 50 anything by the way. The room is very mildewy and the woman at the desk said she'll have them change the sign on the bed tomorrow and their policies are always changing so whatever she said is just... read more
