We had an excellent experience. Room was clean, the front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

I cant give a higher overall rating because the whole reason for getting a hotel room is to sleep. My wife and I could not sleep because the beds were to small. Listed and paid for two queen sized beds. What we got were two full sized beds. So uncomfortable that I ended up sleeping in the opposite direction just to fit on the bed. Very disappointed. The room was clean but small and needs updating.

We did not stay due to many reasons including no elevator and being assigned a room on the second floor even when I had called and asked for a bottom floor room. The front desk allowed us to see a much smaller room on the bottom floor. I would say it was very small. Rooms are a total disappointment, very small and outdated. Area outside the hotel is dirty and people were just hanging around. The lobby needs totally redone. The bright spot of the place...the staff at the front desk.
