Would not recommend, staff is very unprofessional, no elevator, the breakfast room was a mess, no coffee made, waffle maker broke.

I stayed here on several occasions during January of this year for work. I got checked into a room without heat in January which is very undesirable. I also found a dead mouse in my room the morning after my first nights stay....I then asked for the room to be cleaned and came back that evening after work and the mouse was gone but still found food particles, dead bugs, and hair/hair ties under the furniture and along the baseboards so I discontinued my stay there! I would not recommend this Super 8 to anyone! They refused to give a room to a veteran today with a service dog. His truck broke down an needed a room. The same management runs Red Carpet Inn in town and also refused him. They pretty much kicked him out. This is a piss poor business and poor example of kindness. My father was a veteran and this makes me sick.
