Disappointed There is no coffee machine and dryer in the room also the washroom’s drawers were falling down. I will never suggest to stay here.

I, for one, am appalled after booking with Inn at King City. The mattresses were filthy, disgusting, bloody, and filled with bugs. When I called Customer Service to get a full refund, they told me that I should have canceled within their time frame. Instead, I was told to take a risk and then given a partial refund. Walked into a room with beds with dried blood and dirty. When I asked for a refund, customer service said we needed to ask for a refund within the correct timeframe. How were we supposed to know we would find a disgusting room? 🤮 🤢
