THIS HOTEL IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. I had 3 nights booked for October 23-26 and when my family and I checked in it was terrible! There were black foot/boot prints on the wall, smelt badly of smoke, prostitutes wondering around the hotel, bathroom not clean, stains on the bedding. I have tried to contact the hotel numerous times (almost daily) to discuss a refund but they have not called/written back and their staff is rude and hung up on me.
This is Our 2nd time of staying here,, We love our room, very clean, and I love the back view, So every time we are out that way, We will stay there, and I will request the same room,, if I can,, and the Staff are very Helpful, funny story, We could not find the elevator, took the stairs, carrying in everything, we were getting ready to leave for Dinner and looked to our left,,lol,, yeahhh,, the elevator, is right beside our room,, We felt sooo stupid,,
I called for reservations for a Friday for 7 rooms. They messed up and booked Saturday, I told them Friday, so they changed the dates. Then I get billed for Friday and Saturday for 7 rooms. Call to correct the problem, their manager Raaj says nothing they can do for me! Beware! Still fighting them over this! Called Wyndham Headquarters and BBB.
My friend, who is legally blind, was treated incredibly poorly by the staff and manager at this hotel and its affiliated property. She needed a room for one night before her flight. When her credit card didn’t go through, she became visibly upset and was told to go to another hotel (a $30 cab ride away). At the second hotel, I provided my credit card for authorization. I really enjoyed my experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and quiet. The entire hotel has been renovated with new furniture and carpet. I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely be coming back.
AVOID IT!!! The worst hotel I have come across in a very long time. Checked in late at night as we needed a place to stay. Hotel had a nice sign at the reception saying "100% smoke free hotel", but the room stank like a chimney. Worst thing though was the total absence of any cleanliness. I traditionally do not stay at Days Inn. I have had horrible experiences in two different states over the past 20 years. this Days Inn was better than the other two. I stayed there because my uncle made the reservations without checking with me first. However, if you have children do not stay here. the staff was good.
