**Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5)** Be warned: Ladies who wear makeup, bring your own towels! I was shocked to find out that this hotel charges you if you get any small stains—like makeup—on their towels. It’s not like these marks require a special chemical remover; they come out easily with a normal wash. Yet, I was hit with an extra fee that seemed completely unreasonable. It’s absurd to feel like I need to carry my own towels just to avoid getting overcharged. Would not recommend staying here if you expect basic hospitality.
I was extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. I was charged a fee for 'strongly stained linens,' even though the stains were easily removable. I managed to get them out myself at home with no issue, proving that the fee was completely unnecessary. I expected better customer service and understanding. I will not be returning.
Great rooms, very clean and comfortable. Only complaint was more items (at least 1 meat source) on the included breakfast. Other than that very nice hotel.
