Refused to let us check in because we live in Galveston County. Nothing on site where we booked mentioned this, Super8’s customer service dept wasn’t even aware the Galveston location had this policy. We don’t live in Galveston County but clerk was rude and I was in no mood to prove where I live to stay at a cheap hotel!
lady at the front office was rude and not friendly and the beds suck I will not stay here again i could list alot of problem the only thing going for them was the size of the room. Also had my reservation cancel as I was driving down and called them and they had no idea why I was called so I listened to my message again and then called them back and the problem was the deposit (never had to pay the first night before plus it wasn't listed on the website) my thought was because of to many canceled reservation because of the b... read more
clean and spacious restaurants within walking distance
I stayed here last summer and as soon as my friend and I sat on the bed I saw a roach running down the wall. I also saw them in the bathroom and they crawled into our bags at night. Gross.
