Just an FYI that if you & your family get in a car accident & notify the Super 8 Flagstaff I-40 Ex 198 Lucky Lane just about 90 min or so past their cut-off time, they’ll still keep all your money ($220+) even though your husband had to go to the ER, you yourself now have horrible vertigo, and your poor toddlers never got to see snow and now likely won’t get to this year, because you’re out the money you would have used to re-book. Great customer service, you selfish idiots.
Stayed here a couple years ago. Was nice. Now it’s crackhead central. Their system was down so took about an hour wait to check in. WONT be coming back.
