UPDATE: we were contacted by the Wisconsin CDC that legionella was found in the hot tub. Don’t use the pool or hot tub! Overall, the staff was nice and our room was clean, so we had a decent trip. Beware the pool area, which is not kept up. There was a glass of OJ in the pool area that hung out until our last day. Floors weren’t swept. Glass was on the floor at some point from a broken bottle. The pool chemicals seemed okay but the area surrounding the pool was funky. The sauna is out of order and looks like a horror movie. ... read more
Worst , dirtiest, worst smelling room I've ever had the displeasure of renting. The moment I walked in the room ; It smelled like a sweaty man had been sweating all over the floor. And whoever this guy was left his sweaty disgusting ball sweat pants on the bathroom door. Room service didn't even clean that up. The bed was damp. The bedding was damp. The floor was damp. Did I mention that the whole room stunk?? I've never had worse, and I've stayed at some low level hotels in my life. This is the worst one I've ever experienc... read more
