I called to ask about a reservation. And the man was really rude and hung up in my face. I tried to call back and the wait time was 25 seconds and he left me on hold for 10 minutes, didn't answer. I had to inventually hang up and wouldn't let me speak to his manager. This was at 5:04 PM October 11th. I will never stay there ever
I checked in at 12 pm 9/6/25 was supposed to stay till 9/8/25. I took a shower because the room looked clean and fine. After my shower I left to go out into the city with friends, and we get back to the hotel and pull down sheets so we can lay, and there were stains on the sheets, a bug was on the mattress under the sheets, so at 3:00pm we go to front desk to check out, requesting a refund as we were only there for an hour.
