Parking lot is horrible, the room had a horrible odor, mattresses are filthy. If you decide to stay here, bring your own sheets, soap, and shampoo and air spray.It would be better to stay in a nicer hotel. Front desk didn't refund our money, but, my husband and I couldn't stay there. We went home. For the price you pay, you get nothing nice, not even a coffee pot.
If you decide to stay at this hotel, you need to bring your own sheets, for the hotel are not clean. You need to bring your own shampoo and soap. The room has a horrible mold smell, my husband and I couldn't stay here. It is filthy, and you won't get refunded. Please stay where you are very well accommodated. This hotel is horrible. Staff woke me up twice before checkout. Took zero accountability. Terrible people and terrible business.
I was having a crisis with my apartment being infested by black mold, I booked two nights, after waking up from the first night my wife woke up to find bed bugs in her pajamas. I went to go speak with the front desk about the situation and instead of being kind and understanding, they laughed in my face and called my an idiot for booking rooms with them, after fighting with them I did eventually get reimbursement for both nights but nothing to pay for the $250+ cleaning costs of my personal items and replacement of the count... read more
