I was misinformed during booking highly unprofessional staff, Don Dimartino and staff member tattooed girl with glasses & bad attitude. We will never return, asked for our money back and captured some pictures of the filth...got my family out of this dirty hotel with sticky floors, there were 5 guys out in the hotel parking lot looking into peoples cars, the room was not clean what so ever or fresh, the room door has a 3/4 inch gap at the bottom, the HVAC had thick mold and dust surrounding the vents check the pictures... 0/... read more
Another wonderful stay at Super 8 West! The facility is always spotless and so well maintained — it really makes for a comfortable and relaxing experience. The staff here are consistently amazing and professional, which keeps me coming back.
