Je suis arrivé dans ma chambre et tellement que c’était sale avec une odeur désagréable et de la petite poudre blanche pour essayer de masquer l’odeur 🤢 j’ai même pas oser débarquer mes bagages du chariot que je suis repartie ! J’ai demander au mrs qui étais a la réception de me rembourser , il a répondu que vu que ma réservation étais fais par internet de m’organiser avec eux ! We had an excellent stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This is also a pet friendly hotel with lots of outdoor green areas for the dogs. The rooms might be a little outdated but the staff made up for any shortcomings.

I am an employee of Wyndham hotels and I have managed the hotels but this is the worst management I have ever seen. I used my points to stay at this hotel but they charged me $105 which they refunded then they charged two more times. I stayed in May 4th and now it is June 23. I tried contacting the hotel management especially GM MATT, but he is always busy with nothing. Great customer service!!! I'll be reaching out Wyndham head office as well. Stayed here the weekend and really enjoyed it. They staff was very friendly and funny the man at the front desk was super nice and helpful. The breakfast is good and pool is not too deep but definitely fun. I would recommend coming here, the rooms were really clean only problem is there was a kid slamming the door and crying not staffs fault though.
