No one at front desk sign says check in they will return 8am and im losing a day and called ahead of time and they said they would hold it but no woker at front desk

This is currently a bad place to stay. The room I was given did not have a locking door. Anyone could walk in at any time. The halls were completely full of old furniture that never moved the entire time-so whatever “remodel” it is going through wasn’t worked on all working week. The smoke detector in my room was removed off the wall, the curtains were broken or missing, the carpet was in horrible shape, but it had fresh paint and a newer dresser. This place is a dump. Hallways smell reek of molding. Carpet in room was damp. Bathroom fixtures were not kept up. On top of all those issues, I was charged additional $8 of fees on top of the confirmed total shown on Wyndham’s reservation receipt. One more problem, the motel still has not release the $25 security deposit hold on my credit card 3 days after I checked out.
