Double charged even tho I told the owner at checkin I had a reservation number thru super.com(super 8 website) and showed him my phone.. he said ok and said he needed a card on file to charge incidentals... Fast forward 12 hrs and the owner charged my card for the room a second time. Called them and told them what happened and he said he wasn't doin a refund and to call the 3rd party website and get my refund from them. Super 8 website isn't a 3rd party tho. I want to share my experience with this super 8 .lucky and his wife treated us like we were family . If I come back through Williams Iowa I will definitely be coming here
Quite place, clean rooms, can't beet the price, ...please let's help this place with good energy. Very friendly customer service.. some people pay $50 and need 5* hotel service.. but this is not what I expected to be.
