Rooms appear clean when you first enter, but that is just the air freshener. After that wears off it just smells like stale cigarettes. What looked like dried mucus on one of the bedspreads. Security latch was completely missing. I'd rather be dirty than use the shower. The grout in the bathroom hasn't been scrubbed in who knows how long, and you really have to struggle to get the door closed to use the toilet in private. Parking lot is half torn up. Best of luck if you choose to stay here.

Booked with Booking.com. waiting on a refund from this whole ordeal. Room- was supposed to be NONsmoking. As soon as we opened the door it smelled like stale cigarettes and like 5 people had been in there smoking up the whole room prior to us coming in. Bed was not cleaned. HAIR and dirt was in the bed. Bathroom- the tub was shattered around the drain. There was also brown stuff around said breakage/drain. Roaches were all over the parking lot. The clerk is very rude and unprofessional. He made it seem as if we were bothering him by using promotional points on our room.

Originally scheduled 2 nights. The dates of training changed. I called on Easter Sunday at 4:16 PM to inform them I wouldn't be making my reservation on Sunday. I had prepaid for both nights and understood that I WOULD Not be able to get a refund. The person asked what time I would be there Monday. I said by 5pm. When I arrived I was told that my reservation was cancelled because I was a no call no show Sunday. Stay 1 night because we had no other choice. But found different place next night.
