Stayed here June 28-29 due to every hotel in the area being booked. I did not expect much but was disgusted by the room. Firstly, we walked into the room and smelt nothing but weed, the window had black mold, the ceiling above the shower looked like it was gonna collapse, the exhaust fan in the bathroom looked like it was gonna fall off, there was tape on the toilet paper holder, the toilet had water streaks in it (some toilet bowl cleaner sitting there for 10 to 15 minutes should take care of that), the wall by the toilet p... read more

Very good place to stay, clean comfortable place to stay. Quiet and a great location! There is a free breakfast, just not much to it. I would have given 5 stars, but rooms are a little small and breakfast there just wasn’t much there.

They have a mold issue in the bathroom and are extremely rude and expect 2 towels to last your entire stay. Would not go here. Their shower curtain and chairs are all stained… not worth it. The bay mint is the same price go there. Look at the professionalism here. There was already damaged and stained chairs and such when entering. Wasn't going to say anything until they became rude. No one stole and no damages. I take pictures of every room before I unpack and I already sent them to court. Pictures don't lie and timestamps ... read more

Horrible customer service, you can literally hear them ignore you when you press the button. Stood there for 10 mins pressing it and no one came. Clearly I think their response speaks for themselves. It's not false if it's true and a review or opinion is not harrassment. Clearly professionalism on how to properly respond is not top priority.
