It was sad that I was told they offered breakfast but when I got there they said they haven't done that since covid. The ice machine didn't work. More then 1/2 the outlets in the room didn't work & when I went to unplug my cell charger from 1 of the fee outlets that worked, it hurt my hand cause it was so hot that I am shocked it was not melted. Complained to Hotels.com about it. Hotel didn't want to do anything. Yet hotels.com did give me a $30 refund. Someone needs to do an electrical inspection there before there is a fir... read more

1-Star Review Absolutely Horrible Experience – Roaches, Bed Bugs, and Filthy Conditions I’m honestly still in disbelief at how awful our stay was. The first room we were given smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. We asked to be moved right away, and the staff switched us to another room — but it somehow got worse from there.
