My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a week, and while everything seemed fine at first, the experience quickly went downhill. When we arrived, the room smelled strongly of cigarettes, because smoking is allowed, and the previous guests that had our room smoked. No matter how often we tried to air it out, the smell lingered for our entire stay. The bathroom was also in terrible condition. This is an older hotel that needs work. That said I know this in advance but this trip was the worst. Bathroom was dirty and paint peeling from the ceilings. Toilet seat broken and it took 10 minutes for the tub to drain from my shower. I had to ask for toilet paper and Kleenex. Breakfast - None, coffee grounds in the pot and five mini frozen muffins in a bowl on the counter. The staff didn't great us or even bother to stand up when we arrived.

Unacceptable by all measures. The man at the desk on 5/31 at 6pm was intentionally unhelpful and disrespectful. He gave me information he knew was wrong. I know this for a fact because another staff confirmed that this is what happened.
