Hello! I had a reservation July 3rd, 2022. We called you to confirm the reservation and you were rude. We show up to the hotel with bugs on the bed, hair in the bathtub, and an overall dirty room. We requested another blanket because of the uncleanliness and you demanded we come to the front desk to talk to you in person. We were going to a concert in Ames and there were no hotel rooms available so we stayed here. Expectations were fairly low. Room pretty dated, especially bathroom. Blackout shade did not work. For $80, I guess I can’t complain, but would not stay here again.

This is our 2nd time staying here and zero complaints! It is clean, comfortable, and staff is friendly. This is NOT your average Super 8! I typically avoid them, but not this one!

Quiet. clean. Friendly worker at desk. Worthwhile breakfast. Good room for fair price.
