BED BUGS, never in my life have I seen bed bugs that bad. When we told management he just said the cleaning lady will check.

Fit my needs vary well nice place elegant shower hot water was there quickly did not have to wate it out. The only complaint I would have there is the TV service did not have the Histroy channel however over all it was a good place for my stay

Condom wrapper behind the chair in my room. Horrible hotel all the way around. Wouldn't give the mangers phone number to file a complaint.

Edit (1/7/26): after weeks and numerous attempts at requesting a receipt for my stay at the hotel, I've finally given up (and will not be able to expense this work stay). Multiple calls and emails and lots of waste time to get a receipt have amounted to nothing despite their assurances I would receive it via email. It's such a simple request and I've tried so many times. It's indicative of their customer service approach, which is to ignore issues and minimize effort/cost while not meeting customer requests. Terrible!!!!! Absolutely terrible . Rooms are dirty, dated and the whole place needs to be renovated. Our first room the air conditioner didn’t work and the bathroom looked as if it haven’t been properly cleaned in weeks, the second room smelled funky. The beds have old , see thru sheets on the bed and the blankets were fleece blankets. Not professional or sanitary. We checked out the next day!!!! My sister stayed in another room and ended up getting bit by bed bugs. She also checked out the next morning. There is old furnit... read more
