Read this please!!!! This stay is fine. Just fine. You aren't getting a super luxurious stay but everything is fine; average; mediocre. Staff is super friendly. Rooms are clean. The area this was not great, but I knew going in, was breakfast. It is cereal, waffle maker, coffee, tea, yogurt. If you want a better breakfast, go next door to the Hy Vee grocery store. They have an area that does made to order breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Good value and good options. It was worth saving money staying at this hotel.
Excellent for a budget hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms, well lit parking area. New towels, no mold in shower. The AC filter was clean.
I thought I would stop in Waverly to spend the night at a super 8 as I had just stayed at one in Macomb Ill. When I made the reservation through the 1800 #, I was told that early check in was possible but I should call directly first. Fair enough. I arrived at 1:40. No vehicles in the parking lot so I'm thinking that it should not be a problem. I walked in and the manager, Christine Jones rudely told me that check ins did not happen till 3. Okay, well, kinda disappointed. I am a disabled veteran and need to use the bathroom.... read more
This is my go to motel, reasonable rates, clean, decent breakfast and coffee, easy access
