Great service friendly staff
Worst place to stay. I requested a first floor room. They have no elevators and I can't walk up stairs. Was given a 2ed floor room twice. Then was given a first floor room that was recently painted. Still had paint cans in the room. Smelled highly of paint. Finally the 4th room we were given was ok but the heater/ ac was broken. Didn't work at all. And the screen on the window was ripped so I couldn't even open the window. Had to buy my own fan. Couldn't get a refund so we had to stay..
This hotel was fantastic. Staff was perfect and super helpful and the rooms were clean and nice. 5 stars for sure.
Horrible hotel robbed me of my security deposit had the power go out and heater blow leaving my family in the cold for hours wish I could give it zero stars
