I just called to get prices for daily weekly and monthly and whomever the individual was that answered. The phone who did not identify himself just had a bad attitude so yes one Star for the bad customer service
I stayed there with my boyfriend this past weekend. Great experience. James at the front desk was very friendly, helpful, and made you feel welcome. Rooms were very clean, sheets were spotless and shower was great!
The desk clerk Daija was a real peace of work told me I was wrong and booked countless ppl in infront of me despite my online reservation, had to wait 4 hours to just get a room , highly offended by her and other clerk and even after letting them know of degree I.
