The rooms were clean and the location was the best and best Italian restaurant is nearby 5 STARS
The rooms were okay even though cleanliness left to be desired. The air conditioner in the room was a mere suggestion, leaking more water than blowing cool air. The hotel advertises a freak breakfast but that was entirely missing.
I see more than a few complaints here. This is a Super 8 not a 5 Star Resort. Good clean rooms with value on the Cape - appears to be a family business. The manager/owner was very nice and accommodating. Always around and available even at late hours. If we go back to the Cape, we would stay again. FYI, multiple online hoteling sites offer additional services for breakfast on site. There is NO breakfast available on site. Props to this Super 8 that accommodated our large group after the Days inn next door cancelled on my entire family that included my 3 YO, other small children, and elderly. They were very friendly and provided us with organized, clean rooms. They even made many wonderful recommendations and helped us figure out how to get around. Definitely choose this place for an easy going stay and kind hospitality.
