We had a horrible experience with this hotel. We checked in around 10:30 PM after finishing our trip to Sequoia National Park, exhausted and just wanting to eat and sleep. Instead, we walked into a room with more than seven or eight cockroaches crawling near the bed, on the walls, floor and in the bathroom. It was disgusting, and honestly how can we sleep on the bed knowing that there are cockroaches everywhere, no guest should ever have to deal with something like this after paying for a room. Highly enjoyed my stay during the week. My room upstairs was very large and I love having a sink and mirror outside of the restroom door. Fancy mirror with an LED light around it to turn on in early mornings or evenings. Large king size bed that was comfortable and a fridge! Had no issues during the 2 nights that I stayed and parking is small but plenty of parking and I can park near My room to keep an eye on my car at all times. Thanks to everyone here and they do have fruit and cereal for breakfast as well!

I don't understand why this hotel has such high ratings based on our experience. During our stay, we encountered several issues that made it difficult to enjoy. The internet service was unreliable and constantly cutting in and out. Our room was extremely hot when we arrived, and although the air conditioner eventually cooled the room, it was incredibly loud throughout the night and during our entire stay. Stay here at YOUR OWN RISK!!!! My husband and stepson arrived to this hotel after a long international flight and were given a room where they found A HAIR AND MUTIPLE BUGS IN THE ROOM!!!!!!!! There were also no other rooms available to switch to so my husband is now forced to scramble to find a new hotel. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!
