I don't understand why this hotel has such high ratings based on our experience. During our stay, we encountered several issues that made it difficult to enjoy. The internet service was unreliable and constantly cutting in and out. Our room was extremely hot when we arrived, and although the air conditioner eventually cooled the room, it was incredibly loud throughout the night and during our entire stay. Stay here at YOUR OWN RISK!!!! My husband and stepson arrived to this hotel after a long international flight and were given a room where they found A HAIR AND MUTIPLE BUGS IN THE ROOM!!!!!!!! There were also no other rooms available to switch to so my husband is now forced to scramble to find a new hotel. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!

We stayed for 2 days last week and was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and location. It was conveniently located off the 99 fwy and close to restaurants and stores. The pool was pretty clean and the room had zero dust. Noise level was low and the AC worked well in the room. Staff was kind and helpful, offering breakfast and allowed us to check in an hour early. We will be returning during our next visit to the area.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. It was, without question, the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in. We arrived at 11:30 PM after a long, exhausting day, only to be told by the receptionist that our reserved 2-queen-bed room for four guests was "not in great shape" and no longer available. We were offered two alternatives: a smaller room with a single bed, or a room adjacent to the receptionist's personal quarters (a detached property away from the hotel that felt genuinely unsafe).
