Complete dump with a unusual smell. Erie empty parking lot. Pool hasn't worked for months. The family that lives there uses it by filling it with a garden hose lol. Bedding wasn't clean. Tub was dirty. Could hear the Dad yelling in the hallways
This place is an absolute dump. I came in town with other family who booked there room here before me. I stayed 5 nights , room service came on day 4 to clean up the trash cans . They didn't bother making the bed or clean the bathroom. If my family wasn't staying there I would have left the next day. The complimentary breakfast was toast, oatmeal or some cereal and individually wrapped little Debbie donuts. I'm not telling you to not stay here but I warned you.
The staff Wes very helpful and very friendly the room was nice and clean bed was extremely comfortable everything worked we were very happy with our stay and will stay there again if we go that way in the future
