The front desk fella was welcoming when we rolled in late. Check-in was smooth and effortless. The room was nice and cool (it had been a hot drive). Most importantly, it was Clean! :) Bed was comfy. I'd stay again. Very reasonable for the price we paid.
This is a bit of a tired looking hotel but it's adequate for a night. The staff are unenthusiastic. There's not much in town except for a great restaurant that looks like a big log cabin.
My husband and I stayed here on our trip to and then from Vancouver Island. This place has maximum CCQ. It's Clean. It's Comfortable. The mattress was just the right amount of firmness. And of course, the pillows come with various degrees of thickness and softness. AC too but open the windows in the evening and let the cool fresh air in. It's Quiet.
