A dump! Don't waste your money. Everything broken or wore out. Also, every other Super8 accepts dogs. But I was abruptly told "No dogs in the lobby" even after we payeda $25. Pet fee!
Great hotel, with a great price. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It’s in a great area, it’s safe and the rooms are very clean. It’s also right next to the mall and a lot of places are walkable.
Great location. Front desk agents show a severe lack of customer service and basic respect. They are incredibly rude regardless of the request (such as toiletries), or how polite you are. The blonde woman (I believe her name is Marta) has by far one of the worst attitudes I’ve seen in hospitality. She is just so unbelievably rude in every interaction. Awesome place ..
My card was charged 3 times for a single night stay. Supposedly an accident but it’s been a week and still not resolved. I am on vacation and they are tying my money up. Now I will be forced to do a charge back. I suggest avoiding this place at all cost and paying the few dollars more to stay at a nicer hotel. It will save you the headache in the long run.
