They were knocking at 09:50 A.M. to check out, then the disrespectful housekeeper came back at 10:38, I told her to get lost, it was ridiculous. This place is in the Woodlands yes, BUT it is feet away from I-45 and is unbelievably loud, I would stay in the back if you get stuck here. Also there's no fridge in the room, I won't ever stay here again. . .
The room was pretty reasonable for the price, but the fact that their breakfast "included" all of muffins, bread, and juice is actually pathetic. I wasn't expecting the same food as the more expensive places but i was expecting more than a muffin and orange juice.
This hotel is great. I would live here if I could. The people who run it do a great job. The folks at the front desk are cool. And it’s been a home away from home while my house is getting set up for me to move in. I have had to stay here for a while waiting because of circumstances outside my control. And they’ve been very accommodating. It’s been a great experience.
how are hotels like this still able to run? why haven't the health department done something about place like this? NOBODY care? they should have upgraded the unit
