Stayed here one night with my ADA service animal. Went to gas station for 10 mins and my dog barked and he kicked us out. His name is Harry Patel. Currently waiting on ADA and a pro bono lawyer. Do not recommend rooms smell like cigarettes nobody ever at front desk. And lots of screaming at night in the hotel. 1/5. The Taos Motel is much more accommodating and cleaner rooms.

It wasn't the newest, shiniest hotel in the world but it was perfectly clean, comfortable, and the staff were over-the-top friendly and helpful. I'll definitely stay here again and would recommend it

I really enjoyed my stay at this location. I was on my way back to Texas after a long motorcycle trip and needed somewhere to rest and recover for the night. The staff were extremely kind, especially Harry at the front desk, who offered to keep an eye on my motorcycle at night and promptly called me when he saw my bike cover blowing away in the wind on his CCTV cameras! Rooms were large and clean, albeit a little gloomy because there weren't many lights in there. Overall, no complaints from me.

2nd time staying here, and it was great as usual. Good rooms, good location, great workers and management. Will def be back and recommend.
