Rented a room November 9th. Desk clerk quoted me a rate with tax. Said fine and took the room. Noticed when going to check out next morning that they had charged me $20 snd x cents more than quoted. Attempted to straighten it out next morning but girl basically could not speak English (or pretend such after hearing my complaint) and I could never resolve overcharge. So check your charge before leaving office as this may be a common practice.
The staff were fantastic. So caring and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable and had all we needed. Breakfast had everything I wanted and more. Including snacks to get you through the day. I would recommend this Days Inn over any location in Lethbridge if you're looking for a place to sleep for the night on your way from here to there.
A great place to stay. Ana, in the breakfast room, was especially accommodating for our group of 16. All the staff were wonderful. The breakfast options covered all the bases! We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Taber Days Inn
