Jenna was the desk clerk when we checked in for a two night stay. She has the best personality and was very friendly and helpful. She made the process if checking in very easy.
Rooms are clean and comfy. I liked the xtra electric plugs they installed close to beds since I use a cpap machine. Front desk staff are very helpful. They make check-in & out very easy. Thanks to Ace & Christina A***
Our family spent over $600 staying here for a family funeral. I am a meticulous book keeper, and always reconcile my credit card statement with my receipts. I noticed a charge of $42 from this hotel. I had not been notified of any additional charges, so thought it was very odd. When I called and asked about it, they said that I had ruined a bathmat and had pictures if it. I asked for the pictures to be sent to me. Of course, they weren't sent to me because it didn't happen...I am the clean freak who puts all of their towels ... read more
