Two floors are directly accessible without stairs. Fitness center is neglected, but they let me in early. Early is before 9am. Breakfast was hard boiled eggs, and an assortment of grain-based carbs. Room was nice and had a little sitting area. Unfortunately, none of the electrical outlets would charge my phone. I needed to plug my laptop into the wall and my phone into my laptop. Don't know if it's the building or area wide electricity issues.

Their integrity and exceptional customer service are truly impressive, providing a five-star hotel experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, as they genuinely prioritize their guests and consistently exceed expectations beyond any place my family has ever visited! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I am truly grateful to all of you!
