The front desk clerk was incredibly rude and unprofessional. No hello or greeting while checking in. Very short and displeased that we were even there. Had an issue with the TV remote and again was very upset that they had to stop watching their phone to help. Checkin out in the AM no thank you or even an acknowledgement that we were leaving. Again the phone was the only priority in the world. Would never stay again.

We stay at this hotel July 19th to the 20th. The room was somewhat clean, we found beer bottle cap and the bedding have a lot of spots on. And the room was really expensive.

When we arrived to this hotel, my partner and I were exhausted and wanted to take a shower, but the tub was totally clogged and dirty. We went to go complain to Faith at the desk, who was polite and offered us an email to request a refund, but couldn't reaccomodate us or get the tub fixed. We just ended up not being able to shower, and began to notice how terrible of shape the room was in otherwise. Nice location and clean rooms and good breakfast. Much better than some other local motels on this side of Madison.
