Excellent experience from the beginning of the stay to the end. Great communication, knowledge of the area, and ease of checking in by the staff. Will definitely be staying again. The location is wonderful as well.

Rooms were adequately priced. Staff was courteous and helpful. Just needed a quiet and clean place to stay the night. The desk lady was very polite and funny. Breakfast was also good. For the money, hands down, best deal in Sturgis.

I have a previous bad review about this business that I would like to correct and state the bad review had to do with miss communication and not understanding certain rules that are made to keep all tenants safe and happy. My second visit to this business has been absolutely amazing from the owner and staff being incredibly helpful and having the entire business clean and organized. Thank you, and I look forward to coming back many times

I reserved a suite months in advance. It had a livingroom type area, a kitchen, a separate bedroom and a balcony. When I arrived, I checked in and paid. When we walked in our room, it was 2 beds up against one wall, and a couch on the other. That's it. No kitchen, separate room, or lounging area. Plus no balcony. We talked to the man who checked us in and said someone else was in the suite we reserved. Months ago. So we got a refund, which took days to receive. Why accept reservations if you don't honor them? Heidi the gal at the front desk was very helpful , and a very , knowledgable , in all ways , hotel is very clean , and location is good , great variety at breakfast , it was very quiet and a relaxing stay I would highly recommend this hotel ,,
