I booked a room for 1 night while traveling. I arrived late at night and there was no one at the front desk to check me in. They left a number to call but no one answered the phone. I found a different hotel to stay at but was still charged by Super 8. I have called several times to get a refund but have only been able to get ahold of the manager once. He laughed at me and told me he'd call me back, but he never did. It's been a total waste of time and money. I have to go through my credit card now to recoup the costs.
Comfy bed. Accommodated my kitty. Staff is amazing and super nice
Great staff, very helpful. I would stay there again. Manager was awesome.

Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable.
