Clean rooms
There rooms are clean and seems to be freshly remodeled. They still offer a free breakfast. The cleaning crew is on top of their jobs. It's close to the water. The outside looks a little rough but this is not a resort. Its simply a great smaller hotel with a pool and hot tub. It is quiet which is the most important for me. For the money, this is definitely 5 stars. I would stay here again.
No lighting in the pool area. When we arrived the there was not any climate control on and the room was very warm. It did look like there was an active effort to make renovations.
The building is dated but super clean.
