BED BUGS , BED BUGS The only thing that was good , was the location . I guess mark was nice for still offering me a suite after finding bedbugs in my room . I was booking for 2 nights first night bed bugs in my room told front desk they moved me , I couldn’t not sleep also was occupied with my gf! So we had to go the next day and he refused to refund me , so I have to contact Michigan department of Health! BATH ROOM DISGUSTING , EVERYHTING WAS TERRIBLE!

Ok ive been coming here for a few months on weekends and I just have to say the customer service is amazing. I usually see Fahad at night and mark in the morning and mark is so professional and kind and when i get in at night Fahad is always waiting to take care of me and get me checked in as fast as possible and if theres any problems he has always fixed them in min of me bringing them up to him. I recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you Fahad for being to welcoming when I get there later in the day

We stayed here in early December. We had excellent service. When I got home, I discovered I had left my prescription glasses. I called, and the manager, Mark, found them and shipped them to me at his own expense! You can't have better customer service.
