It is not by the Airport it’s a 20 minute drive. You get what you pay for, pay the extra and get a clean good room. Beds were stained, towels smelled like cigarettes, not enough towels for the adults I put down as staying. Poor location to anything. We slept on top of the covers with our shoes on.
Customer service was awful facility needs a remodel. What a joke.
Arrived at about 2:35pm July 15 2025. We’re team truck drivers so a lil tired. Was told we couldn’t check in until 3p or pay an additional $20. Left came back bout 3:30p. Fine asked instead of card deposit if we can do the $100 cash. No problem UNTIL I asked for a receipt showing my cash deposit. Very very rude guy in front. told my husband to give room key back gave us the $100 back said “good luck on getting your money back, since we booked through 3rd party!” I then said what’s the big deal on a cash receipt I don’t care ... read more
They overcharged me for 1 night on a Thursday $246…. Then I had a separate reservation for the next day Friday-Sunday for $256. My 2 friends older gentleman was told they was paying for their entire stay $250 till Sunday and the desk guy to cash from them no deposit. We came down asking for our money back after seeing the charge on card. The guy named rocky was rude, wouldn’t show us the receipt then told us to shut up in front of my son.
