All the staff here are very nice. They make sure that you have what you need any time of day. The rooms have good beds, nice tvs, good mini fridge, microwave, vending machines, ice, breakfast in the morning.
I don’t need anything fancy this was a place to lay my head, but I paid in cash so they took $100 deposit. We’re just fine but upon checkout never have I been made to clean up my own room. It wasn’t even that messy and then they tried to accuse me of stealing their blankets and withholding my money so they are thieves They are thieves they have terrible service. Very nice people that own and that works there
⭐☆☆☆☆ The only positive thing about this hotel is the location — it’s convenient and close to everything we needed. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The facility itself was absolutely unacceptable. There was visible black mold on the ceilings, pubic hair in the bathtub upon arrival, and a giant hole in the mattress that made it nearly impossible to sleep comfortably. Close to food restaurants and a mall. Walmart and gas stations are not far either. You can hop onto the highway and a major road through town from this location. The staff have always been accommodating with requests. I made a reservation but used the wrong card. I was away from my phone when checkout time came and they didn't put up too much of a fuss towards me. I was able to correct my mistake without losing my room when I came back later that evening.
