Heading to Yellowstone, just a place to spend a night, so wasn't expecting anything
This place SUCKS! its dirty, the rooms very basic, the bed and pillows are extremely uncomfortable. The shower doesn't even work! Water flows but the shower head is so clogged up that no water was coming out from it. I specifically stated I wanted to stay in the main level. I get here and I am told I have to stay in the second level. There is no elevator, there us no luggage cart, I had to carry all of my stuff up the stairs and make multiple trips. The room smells. Everything in the room is old and in poor shape. Found a clump of hair in the sheets. Slept on top of the blanket and used my own blanket that I had in the car. Front desk person is very nice. I would never stay here again.
I have always loved this place, owner is very kind, respectful, and caring. The staff is friendly and in engaging. Its a nice comfortable and quiet place to rest. Ive stayed here many times and it has always been enjoyable. Judging it based off a 5 star hotel has always made me laugh, as you see in some of the reviews. This place is a functional, peaceful and pleasant place to lay your head. Its always at the top of my list for the dogs and i.
