I booked this hotel expecting it to be a budget, no frills option. When we arrived, the receptionist was friendly to us but clearly stressed. We were given a room that didn't have water on, and when I asked to switch rooms (after unpacking & needing to re-pack to move), the employee was visibly flustered about having to reassign our room. We were settled again but then the pool was closed due to an accident (not sure what happened) which isn't the end of the world, but disappointing because my 6 year old and I were looking f... read more
