Clean and quiet. I prefer a firmer bed but I still slept ok. I would stay here again.
Front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. It was not a checking in issue as I always have the proper documents and info needed, but rather just not wanting to work with customers. I had asked the desk to hold an item for one of my employees and was flatout refused and talked down to like I was stupid. Due to this i had to wait an additional hour to meet the employee befor having to travel back to Edmonton to deal with an issue and returning to the hotel that same night to be at work early the following morning.
