The front desk and housekeeping employees were accommodating and helpful. They always had a genuine smile. Our room was clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. We had a good sleep. The pool area was nice to hangout and we enjoyed a good amount of our stay there. Plus for breakfast they have 2 waffle makers.

Think twice before staying here! No Elevators: Be prepared to haul your belongings up multiple flights of stairs—potentially three. I had to do this with a four-year-old in tow. Broken Hot Tub: The hot tub was out of order during my stay. No Hot Water: There was no hot water in my room. I ran the water for over five minutes with no luck. When I requested a refund, I was told I needed to go through Expedia, even though I paid directly with my credit card.
