We stayed 2 nights. Room was not very clean, water pressure was awful, sink faucet had not screen and splattered everywhere, toilet was not sturdy and moved and squeaked getting on and off, no carpet and the floors made our feet dirty, very noisy with loud tvs, loud arguing, kids screaming down the hall (at all hours of the night), bed and pillows were not comfortable, our room key stopped working after the first night, people just hanging outside the front door smoking.... ohhh and we killed a roach in our room. We have stayed at this hotel with our dog twice each year for several years. Our past stay was very disappointing as the pet-friendly rooms we were assigned had overpowering deodorizing / cleaning solution smells. Our throats instantly began to hurt. Our money was refunded and we stayed elsewhere The Front Desk staff were very nice and accommodating, but our rooms were unacceptable to us.
