We made reservations using the super 8 website a week in advance of labor day weekend, once we got there the pet charge per night increased fron 10.00 to 20.00 per night, we got to our room , the smoke detector was not in the base on the wall, the bathroom door was missing the door latch mechaism so it would not latch, there was no wash closes,there was only 1 towl, there wasnt any hand soap, the bed had a huge sag in the middle, beakfast in the morning, the waffle machine had a note saying they were out of batter and wouldn... read more

Half the stuff worked only one towel n hand towel no floor mat for shower/tub no grippies on tub bottom showerhead could use a vinger or clr treatment

if you have a service dog be aware…. They demand an id card from you even though they admit it is illegal. They have no clue about ADA law. They are not ADA compliant as they do not have an elevator and may not have any ADA showers or room. The front desk guy thought I was joking with him and wouldn’t call the owner to ask about the service dog policy or if they even had one. The room was dirty and shower was filthy.
