Moldy bathroom ceiling, moldy curtains, partially used bottle of shampoo. Just needed a place to get a few hours of sleep but will not return to this location in future.
No se paren en ese lugar, está sucio lleno de chinches, nos cambiaron de habitación, estaba con las camas no arregladas , sucia la habitación, salimos corriendo, el de la recepción quería darnos otra habitación, ni lo permitimos, solicitamos la devolución, con la excusa del día siguiente. Lo reportaré al servicio de salud. Es un lugar insalubre, no se como sigue funcionando.
TerribleJust terrible within one hour of sleeping, I woke up to my side, hurting beds are terrible.No, shower pressure, no hot water.Do not stay at this place.It is terrible.I ended up paying eighty three dollars for a room and only stayed in there for 6 hours ended up leaving. DO NOT STAY HERE. If I did not have to post a star, it would get zero stars
The front desk at this location is completely useless. I have been trying to call in for assistance and he does not seem to know how to do his job. It is very frustrating when you are trying to book a hotel, get a receipt, etc. And the person who is supposed to assist you and help you, seems to actually need help from you to do their job correctly. Completely unacceptable. Be aware when booking here, unless you want to coach the employees on how to do their job correctly.
